No Autonomous Diagnosis

AI outputs never include diagnostic conclusions. All outputs are explicitly labeled as “Draft” or “Suggestion Only” and require licensed clinician review and approval.

Human-in-the-Loop Always

Every AI-generated note, summary, or documentation artifact is reviewed by a clinician. No automated publishing or approval is permitted.

Emergency Awareness

Clear warnings are displayed throughout the platform reminding users that P.Ai Global Health is not an emergency service. High-risk symptom patterns trigger visible escalation warnings.

Auditability & Accountability

Platform activity is recorded using tamper-resistant audit logs with timestamps and contextual metadata to support compliance and safety reviews.

Data Privacy & Consent

Patient data is used only with explicit consent. Users maintain control over access, sharing, and revocation. Sensitive identifiers (e.g., SSNs, full credit card numbers) are discouraged from entry.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

HIPAA-Aligned Design

• Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Role-based access controls
• Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) established where required for HIPAA-covered workflows

• Not a medical device — documentation and workflow support only
• No autonomous clinical decision-making
• Alignment with ONC Cures Act interoperability and patient data access principles

• Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
• SOC 2 alignment planned as the platform progresses toward enterprise readiness

• Explainability where appropriate for workflow support

Google Cloud & Vertex AI Statement

P.Ai Global Health is built on Google Cloud Platform and utilizes Vertex AI for machine learning and workflow orchestration. We use Google Cloud’s HIPAA-eligible services for secure data processing.
